By using the AltShift platform ('the Platform'), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before connecting your page or account.
1. Nature of the Service
AltShift provides a SaaS service that runs AI-powered automated replies to customer inquiries via Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp, on behalf of the subscribed page/account owner.
2. User Account & Connection
The page owner connects their page/account to the platform via 'Continue with Facebook' voluntarily and directly.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, and for their administrative authority over the page/account they connect.
The user may disconnect at any time from their Facebook Page settings, or by contacting us directly.
3. Acceptable Use
The user agrees not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or to send abusive, misleading, or spam content, and to fully comply with Meta's Community Standards and Developer Platform policies.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
The service is offered under the monthly and yearly plans shown on our website, in US dollars. Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial.
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
Zain Cash and CliQ payments are monthly, in Jordanian dinars, and approved manually; they do not renew automatically.
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
The platform is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. AltShift is not liable for any temporary service interruption caused by changes to Meta's policies or APIs, or by decisions Meta makes regarding a user's page or account.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
