Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial, so you can try AltShift on your own page before you pay anything. If you do pay and change your mind, this page explains how refunds work.
1. 7-day refund
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for any plan, monthly or yearly.
Yearly plans: you can also ask for a full refund within 7 days of each yearly renewal.
Monthly renewals after the first month are not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
The optional one-time setup fee is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days and before we start building your bot and catalog.
2. Cancelling
Card subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, use the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Zain Cash and CliQ plans do not renew automatically: they simply end unless you pay for the next month.
3. How to ask for a refund
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. You can request a refund from your Paddle receipt email, or contact us and we will issue it through Paddle.
Zain Cash or CliQ payments: contact us and we will send the amount back to the same wallet or bank account.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or wallet.
When a refund is issued, the plan it paid for ends.
